RETURNS

If you would like to return or exchange an item you have purchased we will accept this subject to the our simple return conditions

- the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the timeframe

- items must be returned in original and unworn condition. Tags must still be attached

- as a small business we offer store credit on returns 

If you would like to return or exchange an item we simply ask that you contact us via sales@soot.com.au. 

The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense

SOOT. can not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns. For this reason, we recommend using a tracking service when returning a product.
